Justin Lynch - Director of Sales and Finance Justin is a Metamora, Illinois' original and has lived in Westcliffe, Colorado since 1993. Justin has been a part of Thunder Mountain for 10 years having worked in all sorts of departments with numerous positions: wash bay, chrome consultant, sales associate, business manager, finance director, and director of sales and finance. Justin enjoys riding dirt bikes, skiing, and mostly work! He has currently sold a 06 FLHRSI (Road King Custom) and has a 99 Yamaha YZ250 dirt bike. Justin dreams for a "Blacked Out" Customized FLHX. Justin has received his Bachelor's degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University, and he used to have hair all the way down to his waist. |

Josh Demoe - Business Manager Josh comes from Colfax, Wisconsin- a small town of about 1,200 people. He has been part of the Motor-sports Industry since 2000 and has been part of the Thunder Mountain Team since February, 2006. Josh has worked as a salesperson and now as a business manager. Josh enjoys how his job lets him fulfill people's dreams on a daily basis...is there anything better? Josh has the privilege in owning and dreaming of the same bike: the 1992 FXR. When not at work, Josh loves to spend time with his family- his wife April and beautiful daughter Eleanor. |

Randy Gallu - Sales Floor Manager Randy grew up in Norfolk, Nebraska through high school, then onto the University of Wyoming in Laramie- Randy spent 25 years in Wyoming. He has been working at Thunder Mountain for 2 years now, 1 ½ in sales and the last 4 months as floor manager. He enjoys how his job allows him meeting all sorts of interesting people. Randy loves motorcycles and is one die-hard football fan. Currently, Randy rides a 08 Electra Glide Classic and hopes for a Screaming Eagle Road Glide or a Screaming Eagle Street Glide. Little known about Randy is that he was in training camp with the Denver Broncos in 1978. |

Doug Scritchfield - Sales Floor Manager Here from California, Doug has worked for Thunder Mountain since 1996 which is 14 model years! He enjoys the ability to give himself a raise by selling more bikes as a salesman. Doug has also worked as the pre-owned sales manager, as a sales manager, and floor manager. Doug enjoys Moto-x, martial arts, classic cars, and hanging out with his son. Doug currently owns a 2001 FXDWG and a 05 CRF 450R, he dreams of owning a 1973 Honda CB750 Café Racer- this is a total joke, he likes them all! |

Bear - Sales Associate Bear is most recently from a small island in the Caribbean called St. John. He was there for 18 years where he owned a Dive and Snorkel Boat Business, at the same time Bear was running a personal training business teaching self defense. Bear has been working at Thunder Mountain Harley Davidson for one year as of May 15th. Bear enjoys sales mainly because of the excellent product that he gets to sell...Harleys! When not around motorcycles, Bear enjoys spending his time sailing. Currently, he is the owner of a 03' FLSTF and dreams for a Custom Street Glide FLHX. Something interesting about Bear is that in 1976 he won the AOKA Grand National Full Contact Fighting Light Heavy-Weight Division Championship in Okinawa. |

Lonnie Brockman - Sales Associate Lonnie originally comes from Boise, Idaho and has lived in Ft. Collins for the past 10 years. Since February of this year he has been part of the Thunder Mountain Team. Lonnie enjoys how working in sales allows him to create his own customer base and gives him the opportunity to talk to people about Harley- Davidson... How great is that! When away from work Lonnie invests his time skiing, boating, hunting, and most certainly- riding motorcycles. He currently owns a Heritage Soft-Tail and has aspirations for a CVO Ultra Classic. And who knew.... He use to have shoulder length hair. |

Reynaldo DeJesus - Sales Associate Reynaldo, or better known as Ray, comes all the way from Puerto Rico. Working in sales for three months, Ray enjoys riding all of the different models of Harley-Davidson Models. When not at work with motorcycles, he is either enjoying a movie or out riding his motorcycle, a Fat Bob (FXDF). In Rays dream: a Fat Bob CVO (FXDFSE) Not only does Ray come from long away but has basically lived everywhere as well: Born in Panama, moved to Kentucky, then to Georgia, off to Colorado, then California, back to Colorado, right on down to Arizona, back to Colorado, then back to Georgia, and finally home free back to our beloved mountains in Colorado. Glad you're around Ray! |

Ted Grimm - Sales Associate Ted comes from Wellington, Colorado and has been with Thunder Mountain since opening day. Ted enjoys meeting all sorts of people, introducing them to the great products that Harley-Davidson makes and to the great dealership here at Thunder Mountain. Ted works on event days and weekends. Ted spends his time around classic cars, riding motorcycles, and flying model airplanes. He currently owns a 2000 FLSTS Heritage Springer, he love the Harley-Davidson Springer Model. Something you may not know about Ted- he is a World War II history buff. |

Justin Schilling - Sales Associate Justin comes from the great Mile High City and has achieved 10 years worth of training in the American Motorcycle Industry. He has been a salesman here at Thunder Mountain for 4 months now and enjoys helping people realize their dream of owning a Harley-Davidson. Bike-wise, Justin cruises on his 2008 Two-Bit Choppers Mutant Springer and looks forward to his next Two-Bit Chopper build. Other than motorcycles, Justin enjoys spending time with his two daughters. Little known fact about Justin is that he went to school for Journalism and writes for Hot Bike and Street Chopper Magazines. |

Dave Seibel - Sales Associate Dave comes from nearby Ft. Collins and has worked for Thunder Mountain 15 years in total. Dave likes being in sales, this allows him to talk with other bikers. Dave has held positions in parts, as a chrome consultant, and now in sales. Dave finds a hobby in the ceramic arts. As of now, he owns a FLSTN and dreams for a fully customized FLHX. |

Bob Starman - Sales Associate Bob, born and raised in Loveland, Colorado, as been working here at Thunder Mountain for approximately 4 years. Bob has worked in parts and accessories, he has worked as a delivery specialist showing customers how their new bike works, and is currently on the sales team. Bob enjoys classic cars, horses, and most certainly- motorcycles. Currently, Bob rides an Ultra Classic Fire Fighter Edition motorcycle and dreams of any Screaming Eagle Harley-Davidson. Bob enjoys talking with customers and seeing the satisfaction of a customer with a new bike. In his former life, Bob spent 30 years in the Fire Fighting Service and the 10 years prior to this he worked for a company that built and sold Fire Trucks. |
