Justin Lynch

General Manager

Justin is a Metamora, Illinois’ original and has lived in Colorado since 1993. Justin has been a part of Thunder Mountain since 1999 having worked in almost all departments with numerous positions: wash bay, chrome consultant, sales associate, business manager, finance director, and director of sales and finance. He has enjoyed motorcycles of all kinds and has ridden since age 5 with his dad, who he considers one of his best friends. Beyond motorcycles, Justin loves Hot Rods and Muscle Cars, skiing, and golf. Justin received his Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University. He has a wonderful wife named Jessica and an awesome daughter, Tessa, who is a “Daddy’s girl” all the way!

“I believe the Harley lifestyle and experience is supposed to be fun, so whether you are buying a new bike, a part or shirt, or getting a service, I want customers to get a great experience, have fun, and most of all, become part of the family!”

Kayla Wiley


Kayla came from Augusta Harley-Davidson where she had worked for 9 years. She loves playing with her dog Rufus and watching movies. Kayla started riding with co-workers as a passenger. She loves being a part of the riding family, and plans on getting her own bike one day. Kayla loves people and the number one thing she loves about the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is that no one is a stranger.

Jill Almirall

Director of Marketing

Jill is a Colorado native and proud alum of Colorado State University (Go Rams!). She has 18 years of experience in marketing and event management. Jill’s favorites include listening to good music, enjoying new food, new wine, and new experiences with her husband and their blended, crazy family! Her family also loves to travel, typically anywhere that takes them to the ocean. For Jill, there is no other brand in the world that can evoke the culture, experience and passion that Harley-Davidson does. Working in this environment is challenging and exciting each and every day. Jill and her husband Bob ride a 2017 Road King Special.

“My role at Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson is to remain true to the Harley-Davidson culture while providing the Thunder Mountain experience. We provide an environment of excitement and passion for the lifestyle, culture and brand that cannot be duplicated.”


Cheryl Bland

Accounting Manager

Cheryl has been with Thunder Mountain tackling a variety of accounting responsibilities since 2008. She received a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Besides spending time with her daughter London, son Dillon, and Chihuahua Bella, Cheryl spends her free time reading books and maintaining an active lifestyle. Originally Cheryl was interested in Thunder Mountain through a friend, but now loves her job because of the atmosphere and her fellow employees.

Kylie Gustafson


Kylie has been with Thunder Mountain since 2010. She originally became interested in Harley-Davidson after marrying her husband, Casey, who rode a 2009 Sportster Nightster. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with Casey and their rockin’ son, Braxton .They live an active lifestyle, always spending time outside hiking, going to the gym, riding horses, and enjoying fine cuisine.

Dean Dittmer

Maintenance Manager

With a degree in HVAC from Scott Community College in Iowa, Dean has over 30 years’ experience in building maintenance. He began his Harley career in 2005 at Superstition HD in Arizona. He’s married to Mechelle in Marketing/Events with whom he works side-by-side at all TMHD events.

“I also oversee the wash bay department and I encourage my crew to treat every bike as if it were their own.”


Mechelle Stanton

Events Manager

Mechelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Information Systems. She was a National Data Security Director, and has over 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Events including working for Unocal 76 Racing. She has been a part of the TMHD team in different capacities since 2011. Mechelle’s first ride on a motorcycle was at 3 years old and she has been in love with them ever since. She enjoys riding both dirt and street bikes. One of her Harley-Davidson® dreams was to ride the Rockies and attend Sturgis with her Uncle from Oregon. Both of those dreams came true. Mechelle likes to spend time with her three kids. She also enjoys hanging out with her mom/best friend and racing cars with her buddy/dad.

Teri Farrington


Teri was introduced to motorcycles by her uncle as a child and has had a passion for them ever since! She currently owns a 2016 Street Glide she rides on with her husband. That is the 4th Harley she’s owned, including a Night Train, a Breakout and another Street Glide. Soon enough she’ll be getting her own bike and has her eyes on the Harley Freewheeler. Before joining the Thunder Mountain family, she spent the past 10 years in the veterinarian industry, but after having a heart transplant in September 2016 she is no longer able to care for animals, so of course she turned to her other love! Along with motorcycles, her interests include the outdoors, traveling, reading, music, horseback riding, history, wildlife, and old muscle cars. None of that though comes before spending time with her teenage son!

Nancy Brooks


Nancy says that her love of Harley started with her husband, Bill. After being set up on a blind date she fell in love with him and the bike was part of the package. Nancy worked for 28 years as the office manager at Skyview Elementary and plans to retire in June of 2013. She has been a team member at Thunder Mountain since 2007. Nancy enjoys any and all outdoor activities including scuba diving, biking, waterskiing and gardening. She has a son Noah, and has been married to Bill for 30+ years. She rides a robin-egg blue 2012 Townie Cruiser with brown saddle bags.

“I have been working with customers and the public for 40 years and have found that a smile and a sense of humor go a long way!”


Danielle Greenwood

Accounting Clerk

Danielle has been working for Thunder Mountain for seven years. While she doesn’t currently own a motorcycle, she does ride. She believes that wind therapy is the best! Her first experience riding was on a Yamaha when she was 15 years old. Danielle says her granddaughter is her pride and joy, along with her two daughters.
