Justin Lynch

General Manager

Justin is a Metamora, Illinois’ original and has lived in Colorado since 1993. Justin has been a part of Thunder Mountain since 1999 having worked in almost all departments with numerous positions: wash bay, chrome consultant, sales associate, business manager, finance director, and director of sales and finance. He has enjoyed motorcycles of all kinds and has ridden since age 5 with his dad, who he considers one of his best friends. Beyond motorcycles, Justin loves Hot Rods and Muscle Cars, skiing, and golf. Justin received his Bachelor’s degree in Business with an emphasis in Finance from Colorado State University. He has a wonderful wife named Jessica and an awesome daughter, Tessa, who is a “Daddy’s girl” all the way!

“I believe the Harley lifestyle and experience is supposed to be fun, so whether you are buying a new bike, a part or shirt, or getting a service, I want customers to get a great experience, have fun, and most of all, become part of the family!”

Pat Walker


Pat is an award-winning published author and poet and has extensive front desk and office managerial experience. She originally began working at TMHD in 2005, then left for a few years, but couldn’t stay away. She is thrilled to be back with her H-D family! Besides writing, Pat enjoys attending live concerts, being with family and friends, reading, fishing, camping, and going to the ocean and the mountains. She’s also an incurable fan of rock star Sammy Hagar. Although Pat doesn’t own her own bike, she loves everything about H-D—the motorcycles, the clothing, the customers, her co-workers, the lifestyle.

Alyssa Eagan

BDC Representative, Riding Academy and Customer Service

Alyssa grew up on her dad’s Harley and always knew that her future would involve a Harley. She currently rides a 1991 FXR that she rode to Sturgis only two months after learning to ride. She loves traveling, cooking, being with loved ones, going to the beach and seeing new places.

Kayla Wiley


Kayla came from Augusta Harley-Davidson where she had worked for 9 years. She loves playing with her dog Rufus and watching movies. Kayla started riding with co-workers as a passenger. She loves being a part of the riding family, and plans on getting her own bike one day. Kayla loves people and the number one thing she loves about the Harley-Davidson lifestyle is that no one is a stranger.

Jill Almirall

Marketing Manager

Jill graduated with a degree from Colorado State University in business administration with a concentration in marketing. She has 12 years experience in marketing. Jill enjoys going to concerts, excellent food and the perfect bottle of wine. She also loves traveling, especially to the beach. When she was growing up her older brother had motorcycles and scared her off of bikes until she met her husband, Bob, who pushed her to ride again. Now she loves the Harley brand, culture and experience. Jill is currently exploring all models of H-D, though her dream bike is the 2013 CVO Road King.

“My role at Thunder Mountain Harley-Davidson is to remain true to the Harley-Davidson culture while providing the Thunder Mountain experience. We provide an environment of excitement and passion for the lifestyle, culture and brand that cannot be duplicated.”


Cheryl Bland


Cheryl has been with Thunder Mountain tackling a variety of accounting responsibilities since 2008. She received a Bachelor’s in Accounting. Besides spending time with her daughter London, son Dillon, and Chihuahua Bella, Cheryl spends her free time reading books and maintaining an active lifestyle. Originally Cheryl was interested in Thunder Mountain through a friend, but now loves her job because of the atmosphere and her fellow employees.

Kylie Gustafson


Kylie has been with Thunder Mountain since 2010. She originally became interested in Harley-Davidson after marrying her husband, Casey, who rode a 2009 Sportster Nightster. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with Casey and their rockin’ son, Braxton .They live an active lifestyle, always spending time outside hiking, going to the gym, riding horses, and enjoying fine cuisine.

“I love being the first smiling face to welcome our customers into our dealership. Keeping it light and going with the flow is my whole attitude!”


Dean Dittmer

Maintenance Manager

With a degree in HVAC from Scott Community College in Iowa, Dean has over 30 years’ experience in building maintenance. He began his Harley career in 2005 at Superstition HD in Arizona. He’s married to Mechelle in Marketing/Events with whom he works side-by-side at all TMHD events.

“I also oversee the wash bay department and I encourage my crew to treat every bike as if it were their own.”


Mechelle Dittmer


Mechelle has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Information Systems. She was a National Data Security Director, and has over 20 years’ experience in Marketing and Events including working for Unocal 76 Racing. She has been a part of the TMHD team in different capacities since 2011. Mechelle’s first ride on a motorcycle was at 3 years old and she has been in love with them ever since. She enjoys riding both dirt and street bikes. One of her Harley-Davidson® dreams was to ride the Rockies and attend Sturgis with her Uncle from Oregon. Both of those dreams came true. Mechelle likes to spend time with her husband Dean (also at Thunder Mountain) and her three kids. She also enjoys hanging out with her mom/best friend and racing cars with her buddy/dad.

Nancy Brooks


Nancy says that her love of Harley started with her husband, Bill. After being set up on a blind date she fell in love with him and the bike was part of the package. Nancy worked for 28 years as the office manager at Skyview Elementary and plans to retire in June of 2013. She has been a team member at Thunder Mountain since 2007. Nancy enjoys any and all outdoor activities including scuba diving, biking, waterskiing and gardening. She has a son Noah, and has been married to Bill for 30+ years. She rides a robin-egg blue 2012 Townie Cruiser with brown saddle bags.

Rebeca Teves


Rebeca is a CSU student, currently studying microbiology and veterinary science. She came to love Harley Davidson the first time she took a riding class, and says she never looked back! She enjoys animals, ice skating, and riding her 2007 Dyna Low Glide with Screamin’ Eagle upgrades.

“I am highly detail oriented and want everything done right the first time. I take care of people like I take care of my family.”
